Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan dedicates Nayagarh Town-Mahipur new rail line

Bhubaneswar: Union Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan dedicated the new rail line between the Khurda-Balangir rail line between Nayagarh Town and Maipur in a ceremony held at Nayagarh Town Railway Station today.
The 11.9 km long new railway line between Nayagarh Town and Mahipur Station is a part of the Khurda-Balangir project. A major bridge, 37 minor bridges, one road over bridge (ROB) and 11 road under bridges (RUB) have been constructed under this new section.
“It may be noted that the Railways have expedited the work from both the ends of the project, namely, Khurda Road and Balangir. In total, 92 km of the total 289 km railway line has already been completed under this project.The services of 58429/58430 and 58431/58432 Khurda Road-Nayagarh Town-Khurda Road Passenger trains have been extended to Mahipur Railway Station.
58429 Khurda Road-Mahipur Passenger will depart from Khurda Road in 2015 and reach Mahipur at 2215 hrs. In the return direction, 58430 Mahipur-Khurda Road Passenger will leave from Mahipur at 0430 hrs and will arrive at Khurda Road at 0645 hrs.
Similarly, 58431 Khurda Road-Mahipur Passenger will leave Khurda Road at 0820 hrs and will reach Mahipur at 1015 hrs. In the return direction, 58432 Mahipur-Khurda Road will leave Passenger Mahipur at 1045 hrs and will arrive at Khurda Road at 1245 hrs.
