Union budget “Breaking the Road, Comprehensive”: NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant

NIETI: Niti Aayog Executive Director Amitabh Kant praised the budget of the Union for 2019, presented by Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman, calling it comprehensive.
“The budget of the Union for 2019 is a devastating road, it’s a very comprehensive budget, and we are particularly excited that the finance minister has acknowledged the role of Niti Aayoga, but more importantly, the roadmap she set for setting the vision for $ 5 trillion.” The US dollar, Kant told ANI news agency.
“We needed a credit flow to fly, so Ms. Sitharaman provided banks with 70,000 kuna, which is focused on strategic disinvestment and monetization of assets, which should lead to the role of the private sector in India,” said Mr. Kant.
Neither Aayog boss appreciated the move to secure Rs. 100 lakh crore for a period of five years to operate the infrastructure.
“We are able to create roads, ports, airports and we will see a huge multiplier effect in the economy,” he said.
The director of NITI Aayog further said: “This budget promotes a very unique ecosystem for start-up companies.” Ms. Sitharaman takes over the issue of Angel’s tax, she advocates digitization in a very large way that traders do not pay an extra amount of an electric vehicle. “
Mr. Kant said that this budget gave maximum power to the manufacturing sector.
“Ms. Sitharaman talked about large-scale production, she was talking about opening foreign direct investment (FDI) in several areas like airports, which opened up a brand-specific route that will allow the foreign mobile country to be produced here, to push back into production, he said.
Speaking of fiscal policy, Kant said, “Ms. Sitharaman has brought the target of fiscal deficit from 3.4 to 3.3 percent.”
He also stressed that NITI Aayog will focus on every aspect of the budget, such as structural changes in agriculture.
“We will focus on micro, small and medium enterprises (MMSPs), electric vehicles and artificial intelligence because they are all areas of growth,” Kant said.
