Two arrested for robbery of valuables from women on a knife

Bhubaneswar: Police Commissar arrested two criminals for allegedly robbing a woman of valuables after waving her knife and forwarding them to court custody today.
The suspects were identified as Biswajit Sarkar (20) from Bhusundapur and Srikant Mangaraj (20) from Malipada. They were arrested following a complaint lodged by Sumanta Kumar Nayak from Dumdu.
According to the complainant, his wife, and one of his employees, Dibesh Ranjan Sahu, headed for Palaspalli Square on June 26, when three biker abusers robbed one mobile phone, one ring and 175 pounds of them.
Acting on appeal, the airport police launched an investigation and captured Biswajit and Srikant. Police officers seized a motorcycle, one ax, two mobile phones, a PAN card and Aadhar Card victims and 175 pounds from the possession of the accused.
“The indictee has been sent for trial and continues to investigate in order to apprehend another criminal in the case,” the police said in a statement.
