Three held for robbery Rs 3.97 lakh by Kalunga LAMPS staff office

Rourkela: On Monday, police arrested three people accused of robbing over 3 lakhs of women employed at the Kalung Lamps office under the Brahmanitarang police in Sundergarh district on June 28.
The police said that among the two brothers and sister arrested, identified as Chitrasen Lakra and Paban Lakra in the village of Badagudaali, and Rajat Anand Tirkey of Peruabhagi in Rajanganguru. The pistol, Rs 10,000 cash and TVS Apache bicycle were seized from their possession.
Brahmanitarang IIC Santosh Jena informed that before the robbers robbed the defendants, the defendants plundered the LAMPS office and the office to rob the employees.
