The police cracked the murder case of a man in Kandhamal, three were held

Kandhamal: Police have today cracked the murder case of a man whose body was found on 19 June at a tree near the village of Balandapada under the police border of Gochhapada in the block Phiringia in Kandhamal district.
The police reportedly arrested three people for murdering auto rickshaw driver Harshvardhan Diggal over earlier rivalry.
The accused trio, named Subham Nayak, 19, Ranjan Nayak, 19, and Sanjay Nayak, 19, were arrested after medical examinations and referred to the court, the police said.
In particular, Harshvardhan was found on 19 June at a tree near the village of Balandapada. It used to be thought that Harshvardhan had committed suicide after his wife and mother passed away several days ago.
However, his father reported to the police that Harshvardhan had been murdered and was hanged on the tree to stage him as a suicide.
As a result of the complaint, police from Gochhapada registered a case (35/19) and opened an investigation. During the investigation, the police learned that Harshvardhan had been murdered over past hostilities and arrested three people allegedly behind the murder.
