President asked organizations to nurture a culture of innovation among employees

New Delhi: Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has emphasized the need to create and nurture a culture of innovation in every organization to exploit the individual and collective capacities of employees.
Inaugurating the 33rd conference of the Quality Circle Forum of India, today in Hyderabad, he said that it was appointed to promote team spirit, encourage new ideas and empowered to express their opinions at the top level. Management or officers had responsibility.
He observed that organizations should create an enabling environment to bring out the innate potential of each individual to solve problems and not accept the status quo.
Stating that there was an urgent need to ensure work-life balance in people’s lives, the Vice President expressed concern that a fast-paced, modern lifestyle is causing a huge strain and affecting people’s health and personal lives is.
Naidu said that ensuring a healthy work-life for employees should be a major focus of organizations along with achieving their benefits. “While no one can tolerate negligence, indiscipline or irresponsibility at the workplace, it is also the responsibility of an organization to ensure that the environment does not endanger the personal lives of employees,” he said.
Describing a healthy lifestyle, including proper dietary habits, as essential for a happy life, the Vice President advised people to find enough time to spend with the family. In addition, it is important to make yoga and meditation part of a daily schedule. He also said that fitness also improves work and quality of life.
Naidu said that it was important to involve our young and dynamic employees in social service activities.
