PM Modi has courage, should bring ordinance to construct Ram temple: Uddhav Thackeray in Ayodhya

Ayodhya: Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, accompanied by family members and all 18 Members of Parliament (MP) of the party offered prayers to Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, while raising the pitch for construction of temple through ordinance route.
“The matter is in Court for a long time. The govt is strong now and we all are together. Modi ji has the courage to take the decision. If the govt takes the decision to build Ram Temple there will be no one to stop it,” said Uddav Thackeray.
The Shiv Sena chief arrived in a chartered plane along with wife Rashmi and son Aditya Thackeray and went to the hotel where he was joined by his MPs who had arrived earlier.
Terming his visit as “a matter of faith for him,” Uddhav said that he wanted to seek blessings ahead of the first session of the 17th Lok Sabha. “From tomorrow Lok Sabha session will begin, so before entering parliament all Shiv Sena parliamentarians have come here to take the blessings of Ram Lalla. We strongly believe that a temple will be constructed at the earliest,” Uddhav Thackeray told ANI.
Earlier in the month, Vishwa Hindu Parishad had slammed Uddav’s visit to Ayodhya, asking what the party planned to do about the construction of the Ram Temple.
“Shiv Sena should offer creative suggestions to the government so that it paves the way for the building of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The Sena should also say what it is doing in this matter,” VHP international president Vishnu Sadashiv Kokje had said.
Last month, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat had given a veiled warning to the BJP, suggesting that RSS will have to resolve the matter on its own. “We have to do Ram’s work and we will get it done. This is our work. Ram lives in us. So this our work and we will do it ourselves. Even if it is outsourced to someone else, we need to keep an eye,” Bhagwat had said.
