Oops! Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM says CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will deliver ‘corrupt rule’, TDP agrees

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pamula Pushpa Sreevani made a major blunder during a press conference on Saturday, saying that the newly elected government under CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will deliver “corrupt rule” in the state.
“Our government’s aim is to provide a corrupt rule in the state,” she said during a presser in Vizianagaram district, interestingly her home district. Deputy CM was visiting her home turf for the first time after being appointed as Deputy Chief Minister with the additional charge of Minister of Tribal Welfare.
To make things worse for the young Deputy CM, main opposition party Telugu Desam Party lost no time to attack the ruling YSR Congress, saying it agreed with the Deputy Chief Minister’s comment.
“Thank you, madam, for opening up your aim. We agree with your comment,” a tweet by TDP’s official handle read.
Pamula Pushpa Sreevani is a 27-year-old graduate who won the Scheduled Tribe reserved Kurupam Assembly seat in Vizianagaram district for the YSRCP. She is the only woman Deputy Chief Minister among the five appointed by the CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.
