Odisha: Travel History of Eight COVID-19 Positive Patients Released

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today released the travel history of as many as eight COVID-19 positive patients. The State Information and Public Relations Department, in a series of tweets, released the travel history of COVID-19 Positive Patients No. 61, 62, 63 and 64, 65, 66, 68 and 69.
As per the details, the case no. 61 is a 58-year-old male from Neilabag in Balasore Town. He had travelled to Jharkhand by hired vehicle on March 13 and return on the same date. He then travelled from home to Balasore DHH and back for treatment by his own scooter on April 7. The case no. 61 also travelled from home to DHH and back then to Apollo Hospital in Bhubaneswar by hired vehicle on April 13. The person then travelled from Apollo Hospital to Capital Hospital and then to KIMS by hired vehicle on April 14. The patient was treated at KIMS COVID Hospital from April 14 to 16 and admitted to AIIMS on April 16. The sample collected and tested positive on April 18 following which he was shifted to KIMS COVID Hospital on the same date.
The case no. 62 is a 52-year-male from Malak Sahi on Padmapur, Basudevpur in Bhadrak with travel history to Kolkata. He had travelled from Kolkata to Basudevpur by a hired vehicle along with woth three co-passengers on March 28. He remained in Home Quarantine from March 28 to April 14. The case was then shifted to Government Quarantine centre on April 15 till April 19. Asymptomatic: Sample was collected due to travel history and tested positive on April 19. The patient was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 63 is a 58-year-old male from Kharida, Binayakpur, Basudevpur in Bhadrak with travel history from Kolkata. He had travelled from Kolkata to Basudevpur by a truck on April 9 and remained in Home Quarantine from April 9 to April 14. He was then shifted to Government Quarantine centre on April 15 till April 19. Asymptomatic: Sample was collected due to travel history and tested positive on April 19. The patient was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 64 is a 55-year-old male from Matipaka, Basudevpur in Bhadrak with travel history from Kolkata. He had travelled from Kolkata to Basudevpur by a hired vehicle along with seven co-passengers on March 29. He had remained in Home Quarantine from March 29 to April 14. He was then shifted to Government Quarantine centre on April 15 till April 19. Asymptomatic: Sample was collected due to travel history and tested positive on April 19. The patient was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 65 is a 66-year-old male from Rahania, Bhandaripokhari in Bhadrak with travel history from Kolkata. He had travelled from Kolkata to Bhandaripokhari by a hired vehicle along with other co-passengers on March 28. He had remained in Home Quarantine from March 28 to April 14. He was then shifted to Government Quarantine centre on April 15 till April 19. Asymptomatic: Sample was collected due to travel history and tested positive on April 19. The patient was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 66 is a 48-year-old male from Kusagadia, Bhandaripokhari in Bhadrak with travel history from Kolkata. He had travelled from Kolkata to Bhandaripokhari by a hired vehicle along with six co-passengers on March 29. He had remained in Home Quarantine from March 29 to April 14. He was then shifted to Government Quarantine centre on April 15 till April 19. Asymptomatic: Sample was collected due to travel history and tested positive on April 19. The patient was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 68 is a 2-year-old female child from Rigida in Berhampura of Balasore. She was suffering from cold and cough till April 1. Symptomatic: Attended OPD twice at Berhampura CHC on April 7 and April 16. The sample was collected as symptomatic case and tested positive on April 19. She was then shifted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack on April 20.
The case no. 69 is a 40-year-old male from Bisra in Sundargarh and a neighbourhood of previous positive cases. He stayed at home in Gudgundjore in Bisra from March 21 to March 29. He then stayed at Nala Road, Plant Site in Rourkela for Medical purpose from March 29 to March 31. He then stayed at home in Gudgundjore from April 1 to April 19. Symptomatic: Sample was collected as part of surveillance and tested on April 20. He was then admitted to Hi-Tech COVID Hospital in Rourkela on the same date.
