Odisha Govt returns Rs 1443 cr to the Emergency Fund

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has returned Rs 1443 cr from the Emergency Fund from which it took over the funding for KALIA.
This was announced today by Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari. He said that the government took the amount for KALIJ and other expenditures from the Emergency Fund, which was repurchased. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik attended a government meeting Thursday that approved the proposal. The government borrowed Rs 1,244.66 k r for the KALIA scheme, and the R-6.3280 Cr was taken to pay former citizens the victims.
The government took 22,7300 kr Rs for providing dairy and poultry aid and Rs 169,4064 for retirement.
