New Mo bus route to be launched on World Tourism Day

Bhubaneswar: Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) will start a new route for technology-driven, citizen-friendly Mo bus service on 27 September on World Tourism Day. The new route – No.32 – will connect Bhubaneswar railway station (master canteen) with the Lingaraja temple, covering a total stretch of 5 km.
“Our expert committee has decided on this route based on the need and demand of the people. It is one of the major culture and tourism corridors in Bhubaneswar and Mo Bus, which will connect citizens and tourists alike to popular tourist destinations like the state museum, Kedar Gauri Temple and Lingaraj Temple, ”Deepti Mahapatro, General Manager, Personnel and Administration and spokesperson, CRUT.
A total of four buses will ply on this route connecting the major 14 bus stops. While the first bus will leave Bhubaneswar railway station at 6.40 am, the last bus will be found at 20.50 am. Similarly, the first bus will leave from Lingaraj Temple at and.20 am and the last bus will leave at 21.60 am. The bus will be available every 20 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during non-peak hours.
The stops include Bhubaneswar Railway Station(Master Canteen), Ashok Nagar, Raj Mahal Square, Kalpana Square, State Museum, BJB College, NCC Canteen, Shree Hospital, Ravi Talkies Square, Kedar Gouri Temple, Gouri Nagar, Lingaraj Temple Road and Lingaraj Temple.
