Locals are blocking roads to restore power

Puri: Even 50 days after the cyclone Fani, the residents of Bhandarikuda and the village of Teraparibasi are upset that the power supply has not been restored.
The agitators demanded the immediate restoration of the power supply of the area. The vehicle movement on the track was affected because the agitators blocked the road by burning tires. Hundreds of vehicles remain stranded on either side of the busy road. The residents complained that they were still groping in the dark, as the power supply of the villages was not restored.
They said that they are going through an extremely difficult situation without electricity.
Furious locals also threatened to increase their excitement if their demands were not met.
