In Patnagarh a wooden truck was confiscated

Patnagarh: Forestry Ministry staff today confiscated a wood-laden truck near the village of Bharatbahal, under the Laramba police border in Bolangir district.
The forestry personnel led by Patnagarh Ranger Basudev Nath raided on a clue and intercepted the wooden lorry near the village of Bharatbahal. In search of the forest officials found precious logs that were loaded in the truck, and confiscated them. However, the driver and helper of the heavy vehicle managed to escape the place.
The logs were smuggled from Loisingas Mahada area to Chhattisgarh. Patnagarh Ranger Basudev Nath added that the value of logs is estimated at more than Rs 2 lakh.
