Bhubaneswar: MLA Congress Taraprasad Bahinipati has threatened to paralyze the assembly and Bhubaneswar if no decision is made to reopen the Bilt Paper.

Answering the question of Bahinipati, industry minister Captain Dibya Shankar Mishra said he would convene a high-level meeting on the Bilt Paper and added that the government would take the necessary measures to re-open the mill.
Mishra said Nalco founded six subsidiary factories in Koraput and added that the company will establish an aluminum park in Anguilla on an investment of 100 kr. He said that eight companies agreed to take up the job for this venture.
