CMRF today receives 4 contributions totaling Rs 11 Cr

Bhubaneswar: Various organizations and individuals have supported the Chief Ministers Relief Fund (CMRF) to assist the government in helping and restoring hurricane areas in Odisha.
Today, Bajaj Auto and Bajaj Finance have contributed an incredible 11 million rupees to the reconstruction of Odisha. The company’s regional manager, Sadananda Swain, met with Prime Minister Naveen Patnaik at the State Secretariat and presented a check for 10 rupees to CMRF, Odisha.
Similarly, Indian Overseas Bank zonal manager Suresh Rath and regional manager Shyamasundar Narang, on behalf of the Indian Overseas Bank, presented a check for 67 rupees to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. In addition, JB Jain from the BK gas station in Kesinga has contributed 10,000 rupees for the Zyklon Fani aid.
Apart from that, the employees of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation donated their daily salary. Company chairman Vishal Dev and other senior officials also met with the Chief Minister and handed over a check for Rs. 27,85,667, which was drawn in favor of CMRF, Odisha, for the relief and recovery of the areas affected by Cyclone FANI.
A total of four donations totaling 10, 94, 86, 667 rupees were received by the CMRF, Odisha, on Thursday.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also thanked the contributing individuals and organizations for helping Odisha in times of need.
