Center takes appropriate action to stem AES: Ram Vilas Paswan

New Delhi: Union Minister Ram Vilas states that the Center for the Control of Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) is taking place in Muzaffarpur.
In the Muzaffarpur District, about 140 Children have died of the following one encephalitis.
The Supreme Court has asked the Bihar Center and Government to approve the measures taken to prevent the recent deaths of children due to the acute encephalitis syndrome (AES).
In this case, six people were treated for Japanese Encephalitis (JE) in Assam, while ten people with similar symptoms were admitted to the Jorhat Medical College Hospital.
The Joint Director for Health and Family Welfare, dr. Amrit Saikia said: “Four patients with high fever were hospitalized and died. Two other were brought in the facility, so already dead. “
The state government has directed the health department to spray insecticides in areas such as Nakachari, Borhulla, Tipomiya and Soycotta.
