Bahuda Yatra: Holy Trinity today returns to Srimanandir

Puri: After spending a week at the Gundich Temple, the Holy Trinity will return to Lion’s Gate of Srimandir on the occasion of Bahuda Yatra.
The return trip is followed by the same protocol and schedule, as determined during the Ratha Yatra.
According to the ritual times announced by the administration of the temple of Sri Jagannath (SJTA), the Senapata Lagi ritual will be completed by 11 am, after which the Mangalarpana will be performed by 11:45, the Pahandi Bey will start from 12am to 2:30 pm , ‘Chhera Panhara’ by 15:00 and the withdrawal of the car starts at 16:00.
As he returns home, the Trinity will stop at the temple of Mausim where the gods will offer the floor of rice, jaggery, coconut and lentils.
The administration of the Shree Jagannath Temple (SJTA) and the Puri district administration have made adequate arrangements to ensure the smooth running of Bahuda Yatra. More than 100 police lines are stationed by district administration in the city of pilgrims, apart from the deployment of CRPF, RAF, rapid action forces.
A total of 36 traffic police lines have also been deployed for unhindered movement of vehicles. At least 180 CCTVs have been installed via Bada Danda.
The East Coast Railway Station (ECoR) has also announced that it will ride special trains for Puri with regard to Bahuda Yatra.
