A common enforcement mechanism removes structures near the BMC-Bhawani Mall, a city bus station

Bhubaneswar: In the twin evacuation process carried out by the Central Emigration Control Panel (CEMC), unauthorized tasks were removed from the road to Saheed Nagar and near the city bus terminal at the Bhubaneswar Railway Station.
Under the emigration program Saheed Nagar from Plot no. 469 (country-type road) in accordance with the order of the honorable High Court with the order passed in WPC Nr. 16048/2018 submitted by Srikant Kumar Dash and others – Vrs-Govt. Odisha and another execution team comprised of officers and staff of the BDA, BMC, Commissariat Police and Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) continued on the spot around 10.30 and carried out the process.
The request for removal of an interference was made by the deputy commissioner (southeastern zone), BMC on June 21st. During emigration 13, the number of iron / wooden cabins, 11 br. 2 demolition of fast food stands were demolished, and one temple was also partially destroyed. Another temple in this area, the Baba Akhandalamani Mandir Committee, has given an obligation to demolish the structure itself within three days. One BDA excavator was engaged in eviction.
In the second eviction of the day when unauthorized ‘Dhaba’ ‘Rangila’ and the cycle stood over the government land with plot no. 955 and 1489 near the City Bus Terminal at the Majstor Canton in Mouza-Ashok Nagar under the Capital Police Station.
Staff and executive team of the BDA, CRUT and Commissary Police went on the spot around 13:30. The motion was made by the Department of GA on June 6th. One BDA excavator is engaged during driving for eviction.
During the day driving ACP Anil Kumar Mishra along with police officers from Saheed Nagar P.S., Enforcement Sqd. 1,2 & 4 (BDA), BSCL and Southeastern BMC Zone, II BDA Executive Pramod Kumar Patro, Lieutenant Subhranshu Sekhar Mohanty and IIC Capital Chair SC Chakrabarti.
Two APR forces and one police force were present at locations to maintain law and order while driving.
